Rips & Pulls TCG
Terms of Service
Last updated September 18, 2026
These Terms of Service explain the rules for using the Rips & Pulls TCG website, creating an account, purchasing products, participating in member-to-member trading, and using community features. By using the site, you agree to follow these terms.
The primary site at ripsandpullstcg.com handles store orders, checkout, account security, support, and site content. Member profiles, community features, and peer-to-peer trading are provided at trading.ripsandpullstcg.com. Both hosts use the same account and trade records, but each host maintains its own login session.
Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised. We may restrict or suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, harassment, or activity that threatens the site or its customers.
Products, Prices, and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, images, prices, and inventory accurate. Collectible products may have minor variations from photographs or descriptions. Orders are subject to availability and may be cancelled or refunded if an item is unavailable or a listing contains a material error.
Payments and Orders
Payments are processed through Square or another payment provider shown during checkout. We do not store complete payment card numbers on this site. An order is accepted when we confirm it, and we may contact you if information is missing or an order requires review.
Member Trading
Trading is a member-to-member service based on text descriptions of items offered and wanted. It is not a purchase from Rips & Pulls TCG, and the site does not custody, authenticate, grade, price, insure, or guarantee cards or other items exchanged by members. A member is responsible for deciding whether to trade with another member and for confirming the item, condition, authenticity, language, quantity, shipping cost, timing, and any other terms before sending anything.
Each trader must own or have the lawful right to transfer what they offer, describe it honestly, disclose material defects or uncertainty, protect the other trader's shipping information, package items appropriately, use accurate tracking, submit requested shipment evidence, and confirm receipt promptly. Do not send counterfeit, stolen, prohibited, or materially misrepresented items. Do not move a trade off-site to evade these terms or moderation.
Trade Workflows, Complaints, and Safety Listings
When a trade workflow is available, participants must follow its shipment, evidence, receipt-confirmation, deadline, and dispute instructions. Staff may pause, reject, cancel, or resume a workflow while reviewing missing shipments, delivery problems, complaints, or other safety concerns. Staff review is an administrative safety measure, not a guarantee that an item is authentic, a shipment will arrive, or either participant will prevail in a private dispute.
Members may submit a complaint with relevant facts and supporting evidence. We may contact participants, review workflow records, shipment information, messages, and submitted evidence, and take action under these terms. A complaint confirmed by moderators may result in account restrictions and an entry in the public confirmed-trader safety directory. Public entries are limited to information approved for publication; the directory is not a court finding, credit report, or promise that all misconduct has been discovered. Do not use reports to threaten, harass, retaliate against, or publish private information about another person.
Community Walls, Profile Feeds, Chat, and Messages
Wall posts, profile-feed posts, comments, reactions, public chat messages, reviews, profile information, and messages must be truthful, relevant, lawful, and respectful. You are responsible for content you submit and must have the rights needed to share text, images, and other material. Do not post or send threats, harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, scams, fraud, impersonation, spam, illegal content, malware, non-consensual intimate material, doxxing, private addresses, payment credentials, or another person's identifying information.
Do not use community features to pressure someone into a trade, coordinate unlawful activity, manipulate reports or ratings, evade a block or suspension, or expose private trade communications. You can report a member, post, comment, chat message, or trade through the available reporting tools. We may remove content, limit visibility, disable features, preserve records, restrict communication, suspend accounts, or refer matters to law enforcement when appropriate. We do not guarantee that all user content is accurate, available, or reviewed immediately.
Moderation and User Content
We may review, preserve, disclose, or remove user content and account information when reasonably necessary to operate the service, investigate reports, protect members, enforce these terms, or comply with law. We may make moderation decisions using the information available to us and are not required to disclose confidential evidence or investigative methods. Content removal or account action does not create a right to compensation.
Intellectual Property
Rips & Pulls TCG site content, branding, product copy, and original media belong to Rips & Pulls TCG or their respective owners. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes and may not copy or republish site content without permission.
Disclaimers and Responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Rips & Pulls TCG is not responsible for losses arising from member trades, user content, delivery failures between members, inaccurate listings, counterfeit or damaged items, or interactions between users. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and Contact
We may update these terms as the site and services change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
