Shipping & Returns

This page explains the current shipping and return guidance for purchases made through Rips & Pulls TCG. Order-specific instructions provided by customer service may supplement this guidance.

Shipping

Orders are normally processed after payment is confirmed. Shipping charges are calculated according to the current checkout policy: a flat $5 shipping charge applies to qualifying orders, and orders over $50 qualify for free shipping. Processing and carrier timelines may vary during busy releases, holidays, or unusual carrier conditions.

Packaging and Tracking

Trading cards and collectibles are packaged to reduce the risk of damage during transit. When tracking is available, it is provided through the order or shipping notification. Carrier scans can take time to appear after an order leaves our facility.

Delivery Problems

If a package is delayed, damaged, or appears to be missing, contact us promptly with your order number and current delivery details. Please retain the shipping package and photographs of damage when possible so we can investigate with the carrier.

Returns and Issues

Contact us before sending anything back. Return eligibility may depend on the product, condition, order history, and the reason for the request. Items should be returned in the condition received, with original packaging when practical. We will provide next steps after reviewing the request.
