This Privacy Policy describes the information Rips & Pulls TCG may collect when you browse the site, create an account, place an order, trade with another member, use community features, or contact us.

The primary host, ripsandpullstcg.com, handles store, checkout, account-security, and support activity. The Trading host, trading.ripsandpullstcg.com, handles member discovery, community content, trade requests, workflow evidence, complaints, and safety information. These hosts share the account, profile, notification, report, and trade data needed to provide those services, while login sessions remain host-specific.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect your name, email address, username, account profile and trading details, shipping and billing information, order history, trade requests and workflow activity, tracking information, receipt confirmations, review or comment content, wall and profile-feed posts, chat messages, reports, complaints, and messages you send to us. Reports may include identifying details and uploaded evidence supplied for staff review. We also receive technical information such as browser, device, approximate location, and pages visited through standard server logs and cookies.

Marketing Email and Consent

Marketing email is separate from transactional messages such as order confirmations, shipping updates, account-security notices, and support replies. We record the email address, consent source, consent time, subscription status, and provider-safe unsubscribe tokens needed to manage marketing consent. Every marketing message includes an unsubscribe link, and you can manage your subscription from Account Settings when signed in. Unsubscribing from marketing email does not stop transactional messages.

We retain marketing consent and unsubscribe records while needed to honor your choices, prevent unwanted re-subscription, resolve complaints, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Addresses rejected by the email provider or associated with complaints may be suppressed and cannot be resubscribed through the normal preference form.

Trade and Community Information

Information submitted for a trade, complaint, report, or moderation review may be visible to the other participants when needed to operate the feature, but private identifying details and uploaded evidence are intended for staff review and are not published as ordinary community content. We may retain trade records and evidence to resolve disputes, detect repeat abuse, protect members, and enforce our terms.

Only moderator-approved public reference details may appear in the confirmed-trader safety directory. Do not post private addresses, phone numbers, payment details, government identifiers, or other sensitive information in a wall, profile, feed, chat, review, or message. Information you choose to publish in a public profile or community feature may be seen, copied, or shared by other users.

Service Providers

We may share information necessary to operate the site with trusted providers such as payment processors, shipping providers, hosting providers, email providers, and analytics or security services. Payment details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored as complete card numbers on this site.

Safety, Legal Requests, and Public Disclosures

We may disclose information to moderators, service providers, law enforcement, courts, or other parties when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse or fraud, protect users or the public, enforce our terms, prevent harm, or comply with a legal obligation. We may publish a limited moderator-approved safety entry about a confirmed trader, but we do not publish private complaint evidence or private identifying details as part of that directory.

Retention and Your Choices

We retain information as needed to provide services, complete transactions and trades, prevent fraud, resolve disputes and complaints, maintain safety records, and meet legal or accounting obligations. You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to information we must retain for legitimate business, safety, or legal reasons. Removing a public post or closing an account may not remove records already retained or shared lawfully.
