Upcoming Updates Coming to Rips & Pulls TCG
We're continuing to work behind the scenes to make the Rips & Pulls TCG website better, easier to use, and more useful for collectors.
The current version of the site is only the beginning. We're actively working on several major updates that will improve the shopping experience while adding new ways for members of the community to interact with one another.
Here's a look at what's coming.
1. Improved Desktop & Mobile Navigation
We're working on a more polished navigation system for both desktop and mobile devices.
Some areas of the current site can still have display issues depending on the device or screen size. These updates will improve the overall layout, navigation, menus, and responsiveness so the website is easier to use whether you're sitting at a computer or browsing from your phone.
2. Free Domestic Shipping
We're also working toward offering free domestic shipping on orders shipped within the United States.
Our goal is to make the checkout process simpler and more transparent by eliminating unexpected shipping costs and making it easier to know exactly what you're paying when you place an order.
3. U.S. Orders Only
At this time, Rips & Pulls TCG will only accept orders from within the 50 United States.
We will not be accepting international orders.
This allows us to keep our shipping, fulfillment, payment processing, and customer support systems focused on serving customers within the United States.
4. Trading & Chat Platform
One of the larger projects currently in development is a dedicated trading platform for Rips & Pulls members.
The goal is to give collectors a place to connect with one another, discuss cards, and arrange trades directly within the community.
Members will eventually be able to communicate with other collectors through a built-in chat system while exploring potential trades.
Trading cards has always been about more than simply buying and selling. We want Rips & Pulls to become a place where collectors can actually connect with one another.
5. Community Feed & Member Walls
We're also developing a community feed where members can interact and share content.
The planned system will support both public and private community activity, giving members more ways to communicate and interact with other collectors.
As the community grows, this could include things such as collection discussions, card posts, trade conversations, announcements, and other collector-focused content.
The goal is to make the website somewhere you can spend time even when you aren't shopping.
6. Full Customer Support System
We're also working toward a complete support system built directly into the website.
This will include:
• Contact forms
• Customer support tickets
• Order-related support
• Account assistance
• Communication with the Rips & Pulls team
• Additional support tools as the system develops
Instead of having to figure out where to send a question or concern, members will have a centralized place to get help.
More Is Coming
These are only some of the updates we're currently working on.
Rips & Pulls TCG is being built as more than an online storefront. We want it to become a place where collectors can shop, collect, trade, communicate, participate, and discover new things.
The website will continue to evolve as we add new features and learn what our community wants.
Some features will arrive sooner than others, and development timelines may change as we work through the technical side of building everything properly.
