Processing Time

Orders placed on weekends or holidays may require additional processing time and will be shipped on the next available business day.

Delivery Estimates

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery schedules are entirely controlled by the carrier. Weather conditions, holidays, carrier delays, and other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery times.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided when available. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring someone is available to receive the package if required.
High-Value Orders
Orders containing high-value trading cards, collectibles, or other merchandise may require signature confirmation upon delivery at our discretion.
This requirement may be added without prior notice to help protect both the customer and our business from loss, theft, or delivery disputes.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be subject to additional shipping charges before being reshipped.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to an address provided incorrectly during checkout.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.
If a package is lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged during transit, customers should contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim when applicable.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in locating packages and providing shipment documentation when needed.
Delivery Confirmation
Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier will be considered delivered.
Packages signed for by the recipient or another individual at the delivery address will be considered successfully delivered.
We are not responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring after a package has been marked as delivered.
Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that cannot be shipped due to legal restrictions, carrier limitations, incorrect information, suspected fraud, or other circumstances that prevent fulfillment.
