Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the collectible nature of our products, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons including but not limited to:

- Buyer's remorse

- Change of mind

- Accidental purchases

- Finding the item elsewhere

- Expectations regarding future market value

- Grading results that differ from expectations

- Minor manufacturer defects on sealed products

- Personal opinions regarding condition when the item matches the listing description


Eligible Refund or Replacement Situations

Refunds, replacements, or store credit may be considered only in the following circumstances:

- The item received is materially different from the item described in the listing.

- The wrong item was shipped.

- The item arrives significantly damaged due to shipping.

- The item is missing from the order.

To qualify, customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label.


Trading Card Condition Disclaimer

Raw (ungraded) trading cards are sold according to our stated condition assessment. Condition evaluations are subjective and may vary between collectors, grading companies, and buyers.

We do not offer refunds or returns based on:

- Disagreement with a condition assessment

- Centering concerns

- Surface imperfections visible in listing photos

- Expectations of a particular grading outcome

- Cards receiving a lower grade than anticipated


Sealed Product Disclaimer

Sealed products are sold as received from the manufacturer or distributor. We cannot guarantee specific card pulls, pack contents, print quality, or manufacturing consistency.

Returns and refunds will not be issued due to:

- Pack, box, or case contents

- Pull rates

- Manufacturing defects inside sealed products

- Market value fluctuations


Return Authorization

Any approved return must receive authorization from us before being shipped back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.


Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact us first regarding any order issue. Filing a chargeback for a purchase that complies with this policy may result in account restrictions and supporting documentation being provided to the payment processor.
